Welcome to Halcione Consumer Trading Goods (“Halcione,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, https://halcionetradinggoods.com/ (the “Site”), and any purchase of bond paper, office supplies, stationery, and related products (the “Products”) through the Site.

By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on the Site.

2.2 If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at halcione.cgt@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

2.3 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order, and to update it as needed.

3. Products, Pricing, and Availability

3.1 We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Site are error-free.

3.2 All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (₱) and are exclusive of applicable taxes and delivery fees unless stated otherwise.

3.3 Prices, promotions, and product availability (including wholesale/bulk pricing tiers) may change at any time without prior notice. Prices in effect at the time an order is confirmed will apply to that order.

3.4 We reserve the right to limit order quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel a paid order, we will provide a refund for the affected item(s).

4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Placing an order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to our acceptance and confirmation.

4.2 We accept the payment methods indicated at checkout. You represent that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

4.3 Full or partial payment (e.g., deposit for bulk/wholesale orders) may be required before an order is processed or dispatched, as communicated at checkout or by our team.

4.4 Order confirmations are sent electronically. A confirmation email does not guarantee product availability; we will notify you if an item cannot be fulfilled.

5. Delivery

5.1 Estimated delivery timeframes are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary based on location, order volume, and courier availability.

5.2 Risk of loss and title to Products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provide.

5.3 It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information supplied by you.

5.4 Delivery fees, if applicable, will be disclosed at checkout prior to order confirmation.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Damaged Goods

6.1 Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within seven (7) calendar days of delivery at halcione.cgt@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item(s).

6.2 We will assess valid claims and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.

6.3 Due to the nature of bulk/wholesale paper and stationery products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect quantity ordered by the customer, or items that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original condition, except as required by applicable law.

6.4 Custom, made-to-order, or clearance/sale items are non-returnable unless defective.

7. Wholesale and Bulk Orders

7.1 Bulk/wholesale pricing tiers displayed on the Site are subject to stock availability and may be updated periodically.

7.2 For large or custom wholesale orders, additional terms (such as lead times, minimum order quantities, or payment schedules) may be agreed separately in writing between Halcione and the customer. Where such written terms conflict with these Terms, the separately agreed terms will prevail for that transaction.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product photos, and the Halcione name and branding — is the property of Halcione or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent, except for your own personal, non-commercial reference in connection with a purchase.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
